This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of __Effective Date__, between OJS-Services (“Seller”) and __Buyer Name__ (“Buyer”).

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to govern the terms and conditions of sales made through remote communication methods, including but not limited to online sales, between the Seller and the Buyer.

4. Prices and Payments

The prices for the products/services shall be as listed on the Seller’s website or as agreed upon through communication. Payment shall be made by the Buyer in the manner specified by the Seller at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the products/services within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any delays or issues related to delivery shall be promptly communicated to the Buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, the Buyer may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within a specified period. The procedures and conditions for withdrawal shall be as specified in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

7. Warranties and Returns

The Seller shall provide warranties for the products/services as specified in the product/service description or as required by law. Procedures for returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be as per the Seller’s policies and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of international. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.

9. Amendments

No amendment, modification, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
