Which versions can you upgrade?

Everything from legacy OJS 2.x through 3.x. We bring you up to either the current 3.3 LTS (recommended for production) or the newest 3.4 / 3.5 on request.

How long does an upgrade take?

Most upgrades are delivered within 24 hours, in full working condition.

What if something breaks after the upgrade?

File, database and language errors are fixed as part of the service, and required plugins are reinstalled and tested before delivery.

How much does it cost?

To the current 3.3 LTS: $300 from OJS 2.x, or $200 from 3.1 / 3.2. To the newest 3.4 / 3.5 (still test releases): $500 from 2.x, or $200 from 3.3. Technical support is quoted after we diagnose the issue, so you always know the cost upfront.
