This Membership and User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of __Effective Date__ between OJS-Services.com (“Service Provider”) and the user (“User”).

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.

By using the services of OJS-Services.com, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
