Quick Submit Plugin: The QuickSubmit plugin permits Journal Managers to quickly enter submissions through the OJS website, bypassing the editorial workflow.
QuickSubmit Plugin is designed for submissions that do not need to go through the normal review process.
This could be because:
- Your journal goes through an Editorial Workflow outside of OJS (perhaps editors and reviewers download and email their submitted articles to one another, etc), or
- You are submitting a letter from the Editor, or front or back matter material that might not require review.
Ultimately, this tool is there if you want to submit content through OJS without going through the normal system and triggering the review stages.
